Mr. YANG graduated from Northern Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Party School of the CPC Central Committee successively, with a bachelor's degree in engineering, a master's degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in philosophy of science and technology. He is a senior logistician and engineer.

ZHANG Wen-Lei, born in 1967, is an executive director and a deputy general manager of the Company. Ms. ZHANG graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Northern Jiaotong University and has received postgraduate education and is a senior economist and a senior accountant as well as an engineer.

Born in 1978, Mr. HU graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in economics.

Born in 1968, Mr. WEI graduated from Beijing International Studies University and Renmin University of China with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in law. He is a senior economist.
