To the east of Qiantang Third Bridge and on the south bank of Qiantang River stands Hangzhou International Expo Center (HIEC), which superficially is located in Qianjiang Century City, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. It is affiliated to Hangzhou Olympic Sports Expo Center Xiaoshan Construction Investment Co., Ltd.

HIEC has a gross floor area of 850,000 ㎡. The main building is composed of five floors above the ground and two floors underground. It is a multi-functional complex consisting of the convention, exhibition, hotel, catering, tourism, business, and offices, and has various business patterns.
