Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center (BYCC)

Nestled against the foot of the Yan Mountains and by the Yanqi Lake, BYCC is situated in Huairou District, Beijing. With an approved land area of 10.8 hectares (or 108,000 m²) and a gross floor area of 79,000 m2, BYCC is 31.9 m high. And it features a 5,500㎡ flexible pillar-free Grand Conference Hall, 2,000㎡ Grand Ballroom, 2,000㎡ Function Hall and over 70 meeting rooms of different sizes, equipped with advanced audio-visual equipment, which can meet various demands in conferences and exhibitions; a kitchen of 3,000㎡ can provide delicacies that combine Chinese and Western culture and simultaneously meet the needs of more than 5,000 people for different-styled cuisines; The boutique hotel inside the center provides either boutique rooms or suites equipped with all kinds of amenities and services.


In addition, it boasts the advantage of well-developed transportation—30 minutes' drive to Beijing Capital International Airport and 40 minutes' drive to downtown Beijing. Land transportation is seamlessly connected with air transportation so that you can get anywhere easily and smoothly.

Since 2015, BYCC has successfully held 1,000 events, including the 5th Beijing International Film Festiva, the G20 Science, Technology and Innovation Ministers Meeting, the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, Beijing International Film Festival, the Huabiao Film Awards, the Global Social Entrepreneur Ecology Forum, BMW and Mercedes-Benz press conferences for the premiere of new cars, and the Jingdong Annual Meeting, which covers nearly 100 industries and fields related to society, economy, science and technology, culture, education, sports, among others.
