This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Monday, 30th March, 2020, for the purpose of considering and approving, among other matters, the publication of the announcement relating to the unaudited final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31st December, 2019.
