This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Tuesday, 28th April, 2020, whereat the Board will, among other matters, consider and approve the first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31st March, 2020 and the relevant announcement.
