The board of directors (the “Directors”) (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. WU Ge, an independent nonexecutive Director, has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company (the “Nomination Committee”), with effect from the date of this announcement. Mr. LI Wei-Dong ceases to be the chairman of the Nomination Committee, but will remain as the chairman of the Company, the chairman of the strategic committee, the chairman of the legal compliance committee of the Company and a member of the Nomination Committee.
