Mr. FANG joined the Company in 2001 and has successively served as the Director of the General Office of Changsha North Star Real Estate Development Co., LTD., the Director of the general manager's office of the Company's North Star Land Branch, the director of the general manager's Office of the Company, the general manager of the Company's apartment management branch, and the general manager of the Company's office building Management Branch. He has been the director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the Company (United Front Work Department of the Party Committee, Inspection Work Office of the Party Committee) since 2022, and the deputy General manager of the Company in May 2024. Mr. FANG has extensive experience in commercial property management, organizational personnel and administrative management.
