Ms. Zhang successively worked in the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Beijing Climate Change Research Center, the Beijing Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, and the Beijing Environmental Sanitation Engineering Group Co., Ltd., among which concurrently served in the China Development Bank. Ms. Zhang has extensive experience in energy and carbon neutrality management, project management and environmental governance.
