This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Wednesday, 28th October, 2020, whereat the Board will, among other matters, consider and approve the third quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 30th September, 2020 and the relevant announcement.
