This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Wednesday, 16th March, 2022, for the purpose of considering and approving, among other matters, the publication of the announcement relating to the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31st December, 2021 and the recommendation of payment of a final dividend (if any).
