On 17 June 2022, Capital Convention, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of theCompany, entered into the Equity Transfer Agreement with BNSIGC in respectof the Acquisition, pursuant to which Capital Convention agreed to acquire andBNSIGC agreed to dispose of 100% equity interest in the Target Company at aconsideration of RMB111,510,800.
