In line with the new Rule 2.07A of the Rules (the “Listing Rules”) Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) and the articles of association of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”), the Company aims to disseminate corporate communications (the “Corporate Communications”) to its Shareholders electronically including by making available on its website (www.beijingnorthstar.com/invest/) and the Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). 

Shareholders who wish to receive a printed version of any Corporate Communications may request the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong in writing by post to Room 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or by email to the Company’s IR Email: northstar@beijingns.com.cn. All printed version of such Corporate Communications will be provided free of charge.

The Company will update its dissemination policy to reflect its current practice from time to time and provide further details as and when appropriate in compliance with the Listing Rules.
