Mr. Wei joined BNSIGC in 1990 and successively served as the deputy general manager and owner’s representative of InterContinental Beijing Beichen under Beijing North Star Company Limited, the deputy general manager of China National Convention Center under Beijing North Star Company Limited, the general manager of North Star Event Group (北京北辰会展集团有限公司) and the assistant to the general manager of Beijing North Star Company Limited. Mr. Wei currently serves as the chairman of Beijing Capital Group Exhibitions & Events (首都会展（集团）有限公司) and the general manager of China National Convention Center under Beijing North Star Company Limited. He was appointed as the deputy general manager of the Company in February 2023. Mr. Wei has extensive experience in exhibitions & events as well as hotel and tourism management.
