Mr. ZHANG served as the deputy secretary of the Communist Youth Party Committee of Beijing Automotive Industry Company (北京汽車工業總公司), the director of the education division and director of the training center of Beijing Automotive Industry Group Head Company (北京汽車工業集團總公司), the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of BEIJING-HYUNDAI AUTO, the director of the Party Committee Office (the Office of the board of directors), the secretary of the board of directors, the general counsel, the deputy secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, the deputy general manager and the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd., as well as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, director and general manager of Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd.
