Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) received a written resignation application from Mr. Hu Hao, a shareholder representative supervisor of the Company on 21 January 2021. Due to work rearrangement, Mr. Hu Hao resigned from the position of shareholder representative supervisor of the eighth session of the supervisory committee of the Company.
