Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) recently received a written resignation application from Mr. YAN Jing-Hui, an employee representative supervisor of the Company. Due to reaching the retirement age, Mr. YAN Jing-Hui applied for resignation from the position of employee representative supervisor of the eighth session of the supervisory committee of the Company.
