The board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the“Group”) is pleased to announce that, the Board has appointed Ms. LI Yun (“Ms. LI”), an executive director of the Company, as the general manager of the Company for a term of three years with effective from 24 June 2021, and is renewable upon re-appointment.
